DrySpace Under Deck System in Conover

Project Details
The homeowners had a large elevated deck but the space underneath was a muddy, unusable area that collected water and debris. We installed a DrySpace below-joist drainage system with white ceiling panels, integrated gutters routed to a downspout at the corner of the house, and wired two recessed lights into the new ceiling. The space now serves as a dry outdoor seating area with patio furniture and a storage zone for the grill.
