This Claremont homeowner needed covered parking and a workshop space but didn't want to alter their home's footprint. We built a 24x28 detached two-car garage with a 10-foot ceiling height for vehicle lifts, a service door on the side, and a dedicated 200-amp electrical sub-panel for workshop tools. The exterior was finished with vinyl siding and architectural shingles matched to the home.
